A team of Brunel alumni have been awarded the prestigious Bronze Award Written Paper Prize

​A team of Brunel alumni led by visiting fellow Dr Guy Gratton of the Flight Safety Laboratory has been awarded the prestigious Bronze Award Written Paper Prize by the Royal Aeronautical Society for their paper 'Evaluating a set of stall recovery actions for single engine light aeroplanes'.

As well as Dr Gratton, the authors were Dr Rein Inge Hoff (PhD in aeronautical engineering), Akhlakur Rahman (MEng in aviation engineering with pilot studies), Chris Harbour (MEng in aviation engineering with pilot studies) , Simon Williams (MEng in aviation engineering with pilot studies) and Dr Mike Bromfield (PhD in flight safety).
