Help our students

We are proud of the Brunel community. Alumni, students and staff support one another in different ways to help provide opportunities for personal and professional development, and life-changing research. And there are several ways that you could help.

Give careers advice or a guest lecture

If you are a specialist in a particular industry, with excellent experience in your field, you could help a group of students by giving a presentation about your industry. Alternatively, you could help on a one-to-one basis by becoming a mentor. Contact us alumni@brunel.ac.uk if you would like to get involved in this way.

Offer a work placement or graduate job vacancy

Brunel prides itself on the number of students that leave the university with some work experience on their CV. It puts our graduates in a stronger position when applying for jobs and ensures they are ready for the world of work.
If you could use a talented, enthusiastic student or graduate for a fixed period work placement or in a graduate level job, please do get in touch on alumni@brunel.ac.uk.

Make a donation

Students are now faced with higher fees than ever before, as well as rising living costs. We strive to secure as many scholarships as possible to ensure students are not prevented from getting a good university education because of financial barriers.
Hundreds of alumni choose to donate on a regular basis to support these scholarships. Together our community has helped hundreds of students come to university this year alone. Find out more about the different scholarships you can support here

Help alumni

You can also help students, recent graduates and other alumni by connecting, sharing advice, jobs and ideas through our exclusive Brunel Alumni Network here
